A commercial refurbishment project focused on revitalising an existing office tower through the redesign of its ground-floor lobby, retail areas and shared facilities. The proposal aimed to modernise the building's identity, improve the arrival experience and strengthen its connection with the surrounding Parramatta CBD streetscape. The design included an upgraded lobby, reconfigured ground-floor spaces and improved amenities, creating a more contemporary and engaging workplace environment.
My Role: Contributed to concept design and architectural development, including the design and detailing of wet areas. Assisted with architectural drawings and documentation for approval, and prepared 3D models and visualisations to communicate and develop the proposed design.
