A medium-density residential development comprising 10 terrace dwellings across three amalgamated residential lots, within an R3 Medium Density Residential zone. The proposal responds to the site's sloping topography and surrounding urban context, arranging the dwellings in two rows to maximise site efficiency, access and solar amenity. The design incorporates ground-level garages and carefully positioned living spaces, reducing perceived building bulk while creating a contemporary interpretation of the traditional terrace typology.

My Role: Responsible for concept design, architectural documentation and planning coordination, including the management of the multidisciplinary consultant team throughout the Development Application (DA) process. Developed the architectural proposal in response to site constraints, planning controls, access, levels and residential amenity.
